A Wireless GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) Intercom Mechanism is a type of intercom system that uses cellular network technology for communication and remote access control. It consists of a GSM module, an outdoor calling unit, a GSM module, an antenna, a power supply, and an electric lock/gate opener. This gadget provides the user an easy and quick way to respond to an emergency in the lift system. The antenna is located high in the network area, and this GSM intercom device is situated in the control room. This device has a calling switch, speaker, and microphone attached.
Common issues include no power, network connection, poor audio quality, and remote access not working. GSM intercoms are suitable for residential properties, commercial buildings, offices, and remote locations. To troubleshoot common issues, check power supply and wiring connections, SIM card activation, antenna connection, and audio quality. How does it work?
We use GSM to protect and rescue people who are stuck alone in an elevator in a remote region. We are utilizing a 2G SIM in this GSM intercom, except Jio SIM. We've added multiple calls (three numbers). A person stranded in the lift can press the call button in the GSM intercom device. The GSM module initiates a call to pre-programmed phone numbers. If the first number does not receive the call, the intercom sends a signal to the next preprogrammed mobile number, so the call is automatically routed to the second number and then to the third. If they do not answer, the calls will continue until they respond.
